The UI Designer will create high-fidelity user-centered interfaces while collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency and user experience. They will also conduct workshops and promote the importance of UI design and user research in the development process.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity user-centered interfaces with product vision, business objectives, and internal constraints
- Collaborate with brand content design team for brand image and user experience consistency
- Acquire or use diverse skills to contribute to project aspects
- Collaborate fluidly and effectively with different departments
- Conduct workshops and alignment sessions
- Present work and UX/UI choices, improve UX maturity, and evangelize Design Thinking
- Promote UI Design and User Research as essential steps in product development
- Integrate and discuss digital accessibility in Luxembourg, including legal frameworks and practical implementation
- Participate in UX methodologies such as field observations, guerrilla testing, questionnaires, user interviews, journey logs, card sorting, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI design, ideally in an agency setting
- CDI contract available immediately
- Fluency in English (B1 level)
- Other languages are a plus
Key Skills
- Complete mastery of Figma
- Proficiency in prototyping tools
- Ability to create, use, and enrich a Web and Mobile Design System
- Documentation creation on Zeroheight or similar tools
- Facility in presenting work and arguing design choices
- Digital accessibility knowledge in Luxembourg
