Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to improve internal tools that support the client lifecycle. Map workflows, design flows and UI, and build prototypes grounded in usability and system constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to improve internal tools that support the client lifecycle.
  • Map workflows, design flows and UI, and build prototypes grounded in usability and system constraints.
  • Test your work with real users, refine it based on feedback, and contribute to our growing design system.
  • Own your work — your contributions won’t disappear into a backlog; they’ll help shape how the bank runs.

Requirements

  • Have 2–4 years of experience designing digital products — ideally complex or operational tools.
  • Are proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Think in systems, anticipate edge cases, and communicate your decisions clearly.
  • Like working across disciplines and solving real problems for real users.

Key Skills

  • Experience with CRMs, internal tools, or design systems (bonus).
