Product Designer

Deliver high quality user flows and product designs that will be used by millions of customers. Champion customer experience and usability across the product organization while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality user flows and product designs that will quickly become the product that millions of customers use daily
• Champion customer experience and usability across the product organization
• Contribute to defining the design vision and strategy for the Network Solutions product organization
• Connect frequently with customers to understand their needs and pain points in using our products
• Partner closely with your product and engineering counterparts in delivering high quality, scalable, and feasible experiences for our customers
• Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and customer service to help our customers and prospects understand the value of what we’re building
• Build something truly great that will immediately be used by millions of customers

Requirements

• Proven experience owning product design for a discrete product space and delivering meaningful customer experience improvements
• Enjoy working closely with customers to understand their product needs and pain points
• Seek and use data effectively to justify design decision making
• Default to action, and get things done to deliver value to your customer
• Communicate effectively across different audiences and levels – from technical partners to executive leadership
• Collaborate transparently but decisively across partner teams
• Display a strong product sense when it comes to customer experience and usability
• Proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and component libraries)
• Deep knowledge of design principles, typography, color, and layout
• Application must include a strong digital portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
