Own the end-to-end design process for core features, collaborating with engineers and PMs to define problems and explore solutions. Advocate for design excellence and usability while conducting user research and usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for core features
- Partner with engineers and PMs to define problems, explore solutions, and ship improvements quickly
- Translate complex data and workflows into simple, clear, and accessible interfaces
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Balance hands-on design work with high-level product thinking and iteration
- Advocate for design excellence, empathy, and usability
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience designing web-based software products (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, visual design craft, and shipped features
- Expertise in Figma and comfort designing responsive web experiences
- Ability to translate business and user needs into practical, elegant solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, async environment
- Experience working in startups or small teams is a plus
