Senior Product Designer (AI)

Lead design projects from research to polished experiences, translating complex AI-driven insights into user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from research and problem framing through to UX flows, prototypes, and polished experiences
• Translate complex AI-driven insights into clear, approachable, and trustworthy interfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover member needs and validate design decisions
• Create information architectures, workflows, and interaction patterns
• Prototype in Figma and leverage no-code/low-code tools
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to define opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions
• Actively use AI in the design workflow

Requirements

• Strong track record of collaboration with product management, engineering teams, and cross functional partners
• Proven experience leading design from concept through launch, especially in mobile or consumer-facing products
• Deep expertise in UX research, product strategy, and interaction design
• Extremely high level of proficiency in design tools and methodologies, including Figma, wireframing, workflow diagramming, and prototyping
• Strong visual/UI design skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and understanding of design challenges AI brings
• Experience designing for emerging technologies is a plus
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping people understand and improve their performance
