Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead design efforts across mobile and web products, as well as enterprise design systems. This includes producing polished screen designs, creating design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet evolving business and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Produce highly polished screen designs that follow UX and UI best practices.
- Participate in working sessions with clients and present original work.
- Work closely with other disciplines to translate their deliverables into designs.
- Openness to feedback from Managers, Directors, and colleagues.
- Lead the creation and evolution of enterprise-grade design systems.
- Build and maintain advanced Figma libraries using best practices.
- Leverage existing design systems to accelerate product design workflows.
- Ensure Figma workspaces, files, and libraries are optimized and aligned.
- Audit and refactor components to improve usability, accessibility, performance, and consistency.
- Prototype and test new patterns or components before integrating them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and system meets evolving needs.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals and digital product experiences.
- Expert command of Figma and its advanced features.
- Curiosity around AI tools related to product design and design systems.
- Experience and passion for UX/UI designs.
- Familiarity with design systems and comfort in leveraging them.
- Expertise in translating desktop designs to tablet and mobile screens.
- Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility requirements.
- Thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- High-quality execution of work.
- Self-starter with a vision for clients.
- Passion for digital design and staying up to date on trends.
- Experience working in an Agile process.
- Understanding of various inquiry methods such as usability testing.
- 5 or more years of design experience.
- Work examples demonstrating high-fidelity designs, strategic design thinking, and complex problem solving.
- Exceptional visual design skills.
- Advanced skills in Figma.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and responsive design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eye for detail and high personal standards.
- Dedication to following industry best practices and trends.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and hands-on design systems work.
