You will design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless user-centric experience. You will conduct user testing and engage with users to gather feedback for improving the design.
Responsibilities
- You'll be a part of a small and effective team - you'll have a say in what to build and then own it
- You'll design and prototype user interfaces for our web applications
- You'll conduct user testing and engage with our users to get their feedback and perspectives
- You'll translate user requirements into responsive and visually appealing interfaces
- You'll develop and maintain a clean and scalable design system and repository
- You'll stay up to date on the latest in product and design - actively exploring best practices to enhance our design excellence
- You'll identify libraries and technologies that solve our problems and/or are worth experimentation
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in crafting end-to-end product design
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work, strategic thinking, and storytelling
- Experience with Figma and have an organized approach to your designs
- Skilled in user testing and research methods, including A/B testing among others
- Familiar with responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches
- Familiar with HTML and CSS
- A great team player and fluent in written and spoken English
