Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle across web and mobile products — from research and ideation to polished final designs.
- Use AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and ensure design consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design critiques to align teams and stakeholders.
- Create high-quality prototypes, design systems, and interaction patterns that deliver seamless user experiences.
- Communicate design rationale and decisions clearly to stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
- Navigate ambiguity confidently and help guide product direction with strategic and visual clarity.
- Contribute to a collaborative culture that values learning, experimentation, and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar UX/UI role.
- A portfolio demonstrating design craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end product impact.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design choices effectively.
- Passion for AI-driven design and curiosity about how emerging technologies enhance creativity and user experience.
