Sr. Product Designer (Hybrid in Bangalore)

Define and drive the design experience for key areas of the enterprise platform, translating business goals and user needs into innovative solutions. Lead the design lifecycle for major mobile initiatives and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver features that provide clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design experience for key areas of the enterprise platform
• Lead the design lifecycle for major initiatives
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver features
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's design system
• Champion a customer-centric mindset, using data and user feedback to inform design decisions
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of projects and driving them from concept to launch
• Maintain the highest standards for design quality
• Advocate for inclusive design practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex B2B or enterprise products
• Deep expertise in the end-to-end user-centered design process
• Strong understanding of design principles and practices, combined with knowledge of technology frameworks
• Proven ability to drive design strategy and vision for large-scale product initiatives
• Strong understanding of design systems
• Great communication and storytelling skills
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple complex projects
• Legally eligible to work in India
• Fluency in English
• Bonus Points: Experience with enterprise-grade collaboration and work management platforms
• Bonus Points: Some experience with content design, accessibility, or localization
