Responsibilities
- Pioneer novel, industry-defining, AI interaction paradigms
- Design holistically across product and end-to-end user journey
- Balance art and science with user feedback and data points
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, sales, C-Suite, marketing, and engagement
- Mentor and pair with designers on the team
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Interests and inspiration come from beyond tech
- Work fast while maintaining high quality
- Perfect interfaces and understand complex workflows
- Integrate AI into daily process
- Perpetually dissatisfied
- Zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in on details
