Lead the design vision and execution for attracting, onboarding, and activating providers on Headway. Own the design of critical surfaces across the provider funnel and mentor other designers in the Growth Pillar.
Responsibilities
- Own the design vision and execution of the provider acquisition journey.
- Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams - product, engineering, data, operations, GTM - to learn fast, ship often, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Mentor other designers in the Growth Pillar as a design lead.
Requirements
- 8 years+ experience as a Product Designer (3+ on a growth-related team).
- Strong visual and interaction design craft.
- Excited by hypothesis-driven iteration, experimentation, and measurable impact.
- Can translate user insights and business goals into a compelling design vision.
- Want your work to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
