Lead and facilitate continuous discovery activities to uncover user needs and pain points related to identity and access management. Collaborate closely with the product trio to design solutions that support customer and internal user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous discovery activities to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities related to identity and access management
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the product trio (Product Manager and Lead Engineer) to design solutions that support both customer and internal user journeys
- Work on a technically complex and business-critical product that enables seamless user onboarding, authentication, and account management
- Build and quality-assure UI components in Figma
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX designer, UX researcher or similar
- Experience working in product-led environments and in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers within SaaS or complex B2B solutions
- Experience with continuous discovery and user research, and proficient in using Figma for creating and maintaining design components
- Experience designing within complex systems and environments
- Experience working with product metrics, behavioral data, and frameworks such as OKRs to align design decisions with product goals
- Experience contributing to or developing a design system would be beneficial
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
