Responsibilities
- Own design projects from research to production-ready designs
- Partner with product and engineering to identify opportunities and create solutions
- Talk to users and translate insights into product improvements
- Design simple and intuitive experiences for complex data and workflows
- Help evolve the design system and maintain consistency
- Collaborate with the marketing team on design projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or data-heavy products
- A portfolio showing strong UX thinking, clean visual design, and solid problem-solving skills
- Experience designing for complex workflows or tools with data or financial components
- Confidence collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam
- Clear communication skills
