Define, design, and steward experiences that span the entire platform while ensuring cohesion and preventing silos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and evolve design systems, leveraging AI and automation to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Tackle Cross-Product Problems: Define, design, and steward experiences that span the entire platform.
- Bring Systems Thinking to Craft: Shape, evolve, and contribute to design systems.
- Leverage and Shape AI features: Ideate, design, and experiment with AI and automation.
- Collaborate & Lead Across Functions: Foster deep partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers.
- Measure & Iterate for Real Impact: Define success metrics, validate with analytics and qualitative insights, and iterate relentlessly.
- Foster a Bold, Inclusive Culture: Elevate team craft, mentor others, share feedback, and help define whatâs next for the Product Platform.
Requirements
- Proven Product Design Craft Expertise with a portfolio showcasing depth of craft, systems thinking, and measurable impact.
- Collaborative Leadership with a history of influencing outcomes across disciplines.
- Systems and Scale Thinking with passion for connecting the dots across products and platforms.
- Adaptability & Change Readiness with comfort in dynamic environments.
- AI & Automation Curiosity with excitement to work with AI and automation.

Benefits
- Annual Cash Compensation Range: $161,500â$258,400 USD
