As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of natural language interfaces and AI experiences for biomedical researchers and clinicians. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-informed designs that enhance drug discovery workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design core user experiences for AI-powered B2B products, with a focus on natural language interfaces and scientific visualization.
- Conduct, synthesize, and communicate user research to inform product direction and design strategies.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to explore, communicate, and validate design concepts.
- Facilitate usability testing and continuous iteration based on both qualitative and quantitative user insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and domain experts to deliver pragmatic solutions that meet user and business requirements.
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system to ensure consistent, inclusive, and accessible experiences across products.
- Help define and reinforce design processes that prioritize clarity, user needs, and high standards of craft.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a proven track record designing B2B software products.
- Mastery of AI-powered UX, including conversational design (NLP, LLMs), advanced data visualizations, and system thinking.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving approach, and impact on user and business outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and discovery to inform design decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience building scalable design systems and using modern design and prototyping tools.
- Fluent English communication skills.
