Product Designer, Customer & Partner Experience

You will develop innovative design solutions that transform how people work around the world. You will drive end-to-end product design solutions and high-fidelity detailed designs.

Requirements

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included).
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating design solutions that address those needs, and validating solutions with end users.
• Experience working with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions.
• A growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds and extends core discipline skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication.
• Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)

• Base pay of $111,200 - $172,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
