Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process for the Liquidity Fleet, focusing on creating a seamless and intuitive user experience for financial products in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for the Liquidity Fleet, from initial research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final hand-off to engineering
• Translate complex financial concepts and user needs into clear, simple, and delightful product experiences
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and build a deep understanding of our users' behaviors, motivations, and pain points
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define product requirements, roadmap, and strategy
• Drive design discussions and alignment across the organization, effectively managing feedback and expectations from multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Switch contexts and apply your expertise to a variety of products and user segments, understanding how liquidity impacts everything from our crypto exchange to our OTC (Over-the-Counter) desk
• Work with data scientists and product managers to analyze user behavior on both web and mobile platforms
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of your work
• Contribute to the Design System: Apply and advocate for the use of our design system (web and mobile) to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all designs
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing components and patterns within the design system based on your work

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a data-driven approach to solving business problems
• Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required to collaborate effectively with a diverse, international team
• Design System Expertise: Proven experience using and contributing to a design system or component library
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with design and prototyping in Figma
• Experience using AI as part of the design process to enhance ideation, streamline repetitive tasks, and analyze user data is a plus
• Data-Driven Mindset: A strong understanding of how to use data to inform and defend design decisions, as well as the ability to work with a range of metrics
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex, multi-platform problems into manageable and testable parts
• An exceptional portfolio that highlights UX/UI work for web and mobile apps and/or design systems (please share a link to your portfolio with us)
