UI/UX Designer

Link Social Network is seeking a UI/UX Designer to enhance the product's design language and user experience, working closely with the founders and developers.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and final design assets
• Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system
• Collaborate closely with the development team in short, iterative cycles to implement and refine features
• Help improve the existing live product by identifying usability issues and proposing enhancements
• Stay informed of UX trends, platform guidelines, and emerging tools and techniques

Requirements

• Strong user experience (UX) instincts with a proven ability to simplify complexity and design intuitive user flows
• Excellent user interface (UI) design skills with a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and aesthetics
• Fluent English communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to present design decisions clearly
• A portfolio that demonstrates high-level work in both UI and UX design
• At least 3 years of experience designing for mobile and/or web products
• Prior experience working on social apps or high-interaction consumer platforms (bonus)
