Responsibilities
- Hands-on design and prototyping in Figma (60%)
- Collaboration with engineers and leadership (25%)
- Design system maintenance and improvement (15%)
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong visual portfolio
- Expertise in Figma and user-centered design principles
- Experience designing end-to-end experiences in fast-paced product environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Skills
- Entrepreneurial or founding mindset with a bias toward action
- Experience in consumer, fintech, social, or marketplace products
- Detail-oriented and organized with a steady background in product execution
