As a Senior Product Designer at Viedoc, you will lead the design of intuitive, human-centered digital experiences for clinical research software.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end product experiences, translating research into product actionable opportunities
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate requirements into elegant solutions
- Conducting user research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate based on feedback
- Producing wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that guide development
- Contributing to and evolving our design system to ensure consistency across the product suite
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer (or UX/UI Designer with a product-focused mindset)
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design in complex digital products
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Bonus if you are familiar with React)
- A solid understanding of user centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience conducting user interviews, research, and usability testing
- Familiarity with agile development environments and cross functional teamwork
