UX Designer

ALTEN Polska is hiring a UX Designer to work remotely on user experience design, research, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Work in the process of designing user experiences, including analyzing user needs and expectations
• Collaborate with project, development, and business teams to ensure solution consistency
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and develop supporting project proposals

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Designer
• Experience in designing information architecture and prototyping user interfaces (Axure, Zeplin, Sketch, Figma)
• Analytical skills, including knowledge of Google Analytics (nice to have)
• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
• Practice in organizing and moderating creative workshops, e.g., using Design Thinking

Key Skills
