Join Riverty as a Senior UX Designer to shape sustainable financial services with a human-centric approach in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing information needed to produce and motivate a certain design
- Producing artefacts through research and analyzing insights - end-to-end flows to guide users smoothly through a product or service, wireframes, and prototypes to test and improve the functionality and experience of a product
- Validating designs for intended effectiveness and analyze feedback and metrics for continuous improvement from the user experience
- Leveraging and contributing to the design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners ensuring alignment with business initiatives
- Advocating and being a voice for our customers, promoting a strong design culture, and fostering a human-centric mindset
- Mentor junior designers and foster a user-centered design culture within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in consumer-facing products, with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in conducting user research, identifying user needs, and translating them into intuitive and impactful design solutions
- Experienced in end-to-end product design, ensuring alignment with goals and constraints
- Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability best-practices, with a focus on creating seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces
- Proficiency in usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterative design improvement
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centered solutions
- Familiarity with agile methodologies with the ability to balance multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
