VirtueStaff is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Application Designer to lead the design and user experience (UX) for their client's applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire Application Design process, from initial concept to final mock-ups, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
- Develop comprehensive User Experience Design (UX) strategies, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction
- Create detailed Screen Flow Designs, wireframes, and prototypes to map out user journeys and application logic
- Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and project requirements
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma is required
- Proven expertise in Application Design and development principles
- Strong knowledge and application of User Experience Design (UX) methodologies
- Demonstrable skill in creating effective and logical Screen Flow Designs
- Professional experience in Application Design / App Design, User Experience Design (UX), and Screen Flow Design
- Experience building or designing websites using platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, and/or Squarespace is a plus
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma
