Capgemini is seeking a UX Designer to craft intuitive and user-centric digital experiences across insurance platforms. The role requires strong proficiency in user experience design principles and hands-on expertise with design tools.
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for insurance applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions
- Translate insurance business requirements into functional design components and user interfaces
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Apply accessibility standards and responsive design principles across devices and platforms
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in user experience design principles
- Hands-on expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure
- Deep understanding of insurance workflows and customer journeys
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints
- Ability to apply accessibility standards and regulatory guidelines relevant to insurance
Key Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience designing for insurance platforms, including policy issuance, claims processing, and customer onboarding
