Onsite $105,000 - $105,000 Full-time Senior
As a Senior Product Designer at myKaarma, you will drive comprehensive design initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to create exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive and implement comprehensive design initiatives from concept to completion
- Engage in strategic discussions to actively influence the product's direction
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and refine designs based on user feedback
- Develop clear jobs-to-be-done and problem statements to guide design solutions
- Develop journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and other assets to illustrate current states and identify improvement opportunities
- Design, iterate, and deliver enhancements that improve product quality and functionality, building on existing design systems for consistency
- Perform usability tests and A/B testing with customers to continuously refine the design based on data-driven insights
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, thought process, and product impact
- 3+ Years of working experience in the design field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
- Experience with design systems
- Experience designing simple solutions to complex user problems
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience designing in a B2B Environment (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodology (Preferred)
Key Skills
