UX Designer - User Flows / Figma / Adobe (m/w/d)

IONOS SE is seeking a UX Designer to develop and implement innovative, user-friendly designs for their websites and digital platforms, focusing on user experience and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative, user-friendly designs for websites and digital platforms
• Conceive and design intuitive user flows with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing
• Develop the design system further to ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints
• Use user research and testing tools for data-driven optimization of design processes

Requirements

• Completed studies in UI/UX, graphic design, media informatics, communication design, or a comparable qualification
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in the e-commerce or digital product environment
• Excellent knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs
• Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and modern web technologies
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
