Seeking a UI/UX Designer Intern with expertise in website design and prototyping using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Design high-converting website layouts and interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or any other design tool you are proficient in.
- Ensure designs are responsive, aligning with both mobile and desktop user experiences.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually improve the website’s design and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX, SEO, and web design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Optimize designs for speed, accessibility, and search engine performance (SEO).
- Iterate designs based on feedback, A/B testing, and project goals.
Requirements
- Experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a portfolio showcasing high-converting, SEO-friendly web design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or any other design tools is required.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and SEO best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and designing for mobile-first platforms.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, colour, and layout.
- Ability to solve complex design problems creatively and effectively.
