Senior Graphic Designer

Champion TALA’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and impact. Lead a small team of designers while translating brand briefs into creative designs that reflect the company's values.

Responsibilities

• Championing TALA’s visual identity across every touchpoint, from physical stores to digital storefront, packaging, and social channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
• Translating brand and campaign briefs into bold, scroll-stopping creative that reflects our values: conscious design, female-led innovation, and effortless style.
• Partnering with Brand & Marketing leads to interpret briefs and turn them into standout creative
• Bringing social-first, conceptual ideas that cut through the noise
• Leading a small team of two designers, managing workflow, priorities and ensuring top-quality delivery at pace
• Balancing brand and customer needs, keeping both at the heart of every design decision
• Playing a hands-on role in shaping the next chapter of TALA’s visual storytelling as we scale across new categories, channels, and communities.
• Some art direction and content creation as required

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in art direction (ideally in women’s fashion, lifestyle, or activewear)
• Experiencing leading and mentoring junior team members
• A broad visual vocabulary and genuine love for great design
• Strong presentation skills and ability to bring ideas to life with clarity and confidence
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and always willing to get involved with ideas
• Expertise across Adobe CS and Figma (video & AI skills is a bonus)
