Identify and deliver on the UX research needs of the RBC USWM Technology team. Analyze and share research results to influence the delivery of optimal technology solutions based on end-user needs.
Responsibilities
- Create journey maps based on user feedback
- Document new personas and refine existing ones
- Heuristic evaluations of products, services and processes
- Design, plan and execute research to meet project needs
- Plan, facilitate and capture results of discovery sessions, process mapping, journey mapping, design-thinking workshops and requirements gathering
- Capture, analyze and distill user feedback
- Deliver relevant, reliable data to inform user-centered design decisions
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience developing personas, journey maps and epic stories
- 2+ years’ experience implementing proven research methods
- End-to-end qualitative and quantitative research skills
