Senior UI/UX Designer (Web Apps and IoT)

You will be responsible for the end-to-end product design of our core user experiences, including web apps and dashboards. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to create thoughtful, AI-driven designs that have measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design der Gesamterlebnisse: Responsible for complete end-to-end product design of central user experiences, including web-apps, dashboards, parkautomaten, marketing-websites, on-site price tags, and flow-displays.
• Kundenbedürfnisse verstehen: Gain deep understanding of customers (end-users and B2B customers) and internal users (TechOps, Customer Success) through interviews and usability tests to develop clear flows and appealing user interfaces.
• Geschäftskritische Workflows gestalten: Design business-critical workflows from onboarding to analysis, from initial idea to final product.
• Design-System aufbauen und pflegen: Build, expand, and maintain a design system (starting from a small Figma library) for all products and brands to ensure consistency, speed, and quality.
• Agile Zusammenarbeit im Team: As part of a Product Trio (Product, Engineering Lead, Design) in the Scrum process, create quick prototypes, deliver in iterations, and improve based on gained insights.
• Barrierefreiheit und Lokalisierung sicherstellen: Advocate for accessibility and localization in large-scale (multi-language contexts and real usage) to ensure inclusive, readable, and long-lasting designs for all environments.
• Innovationen durch KI vorantreiben: Work „AI-First“ by using AI to accelerate design workflows and develop new, AI-driven product experiences that combine speed and quality.
• Ergebnisse messen und optimieren: Measure results using product analyses and structured user tests to optimize designs and maximize user-friendliness, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Figma-Expertise: Proficiency in using Figma and FigJam to create and scale design libraries and systems.
• Visuelle & interaktive Exzellenz: Strong sense of intuitive flows and visual details for complex products like dashboards or kiosks.
• Datenaffinität: Ability to use product data and analysis tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA4) to validate assumptions and optimize designs.
• Fähigkeit zur Recherche: Quick identification of key user needs through lean interviews and usability tests.
• Überzeugende Kommunikation: Clear communication of vision and ability to win stakeholders over for a shared path.
• Sprachen: Fluent German and English for smooth team collaboration.
