The UI/UX Designer is responsible for conducting Visual QA to ensure UI designs are accurately implemented and maintaining the design system. They collaborate with senior designers and product owners to create intuitive user interfaces and suggest improvements for usability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Visual QA to confirm that UI designs are accurately implemented, following specifications and maintaining visual consistency.
 - Contribute to the maintenance and documentation of the design system and component library.
 - Collaborate with senior designers and product owners to translate product requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
 - Consistently engage with the front-end development team to facilitate seamless design implementation, addressing questions and supporting adjustments.
 - Proactively suggest improvements for UI and usability, enhancing the product’s user experience.
 - Research design trends, UI patterns, and competitors to propose improvements to the product experience.
 - Design and refine user interface components following the existing design system and brand guidelines.
 
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design ensuring visually appealing interfaces with logical hierarchy.
 - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work and problem-solving skills
 - Passion for design as well as current design trends and tools.
 - Attention to detail with a balanced approach between creativity and practicality.
 - Strong command of design principles and usability standards.
 - Ability to manage uncertainty with strong problem-solving skills.
 
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma: Skilled in components, best practices in functional composition, including autolayouts.
 - Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
 - Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries) is a plus.
