The Product Designer will work in an agile team to design digital interfaces, collaborating with business experts and developers. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, creating wireframes, and ensuring a customer-centric approach in digital banking projects.
Responsibilities
- Full design of digital interfaces (websites, applications) in collaboration with business experts and developers in an agile team
- Discovery and identification of customer needs
- Concept creation and design of digital customer journeys
- Creation and testing of wireframes
- Pixel-perfect UI design using OTP Design System
- Participation in digital banking projects, representing the customer-centric mindset
- Analysis of digital interfaces with a focus on user experience and conversion, development of optimization suggestions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in CX Designer role
- Structured thinking and good organizational skills
- Openness to complex problems
- Coordinator and project management skills
- Good communication and networking skills
Key Skills
- Experience in agile or lean methodologies (advantageous)
- Previous experience in service or product owner role (advantageous)
- UI or visual design knowledge (advantageous)
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge (advantageous)
