Interns will partner with design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience. They will contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs while gathering insights to define the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience to customers
  • Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs
  • Assist in planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research
  • Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to create a new understanding of users' wants and needs, while defining the customer journey
  • Help communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team

Requirements

  • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office
  • Design, communications, psychology, marketing, or related field
  • Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
