Product Designer

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and design user-centered solutions, lead discovery activities, and deliver UI designs aligned with design systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and design solutions that meet user needs and business goals
• Lead discovery activities, including user research, interviews, and usability testing, to validate problems and solutions
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for new and existing features
• Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready UI designs aligned with Booster’s design system and brand guidelines
• Advocate for the user experience throughout the product development lifecycle
• Work iteratively, leveraging feedback and data to refine solutions
• Contribute to and evolve Booster’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX, Product, or Interaction Designer
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Demonstrated experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to cross-functional partners
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile-first experiences
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility best practices
• Collaborative, positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
