Senior UX Designer - Omni Experience - Walmart+

Senior UX Designer with deep understanding of marketplace-driven product design trends across online and in-store retail ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Designing mobile-first e-commerce experiences that boost customer engagement and conversion
• Building and testing interactive prototypes that communicate high-fidelity design intent for omnichannel experiences
• Applying inclusive design principles to ensure accessibility and universality in digital touchpoints
• Designing best-in-class product experiences with a focus on craft
• Partnering with design research to create insightful design solutions

Requirements

• Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 4+ years of experience in product design
• A strong portfolio showcasing market-driven product design and mobile-first case studies with measurable business outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Key Skills

• Design Thinking principles and practices
• Experience with Design Sprints and Customer Journey Mapping
• Ability to produce great work in short timeframes and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business
