The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with product and development teams to enhance designs based on product stories and requirements. They will maintain consistency with existing design patterns while identifying opportunities for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to work on Figma designs.
- Translate product stories and requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Maintain consistency with existing design patterns while identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Deliver high-quality design assets and specifications for development handoff.
- Provide design input that aligns with business goals and user needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of working experience designing web and mobile apps.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma work.
- Expertise in Figma, including creating components, styles, and design systems.
- Ability to interpret product requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn new systems, platforms, and technologies related to the position.
- Ability to take direction as well as self-manage time and tasks.
