The Graphic Designer at Upbring is responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the organization across all platforms, collaborating with the Creative Brand Manager and other teams to create compelling design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual execution of multi-channel design projects from concept to delivery across branding, digital, social, print, presentations and experiential
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, project managers and account teams to build client-ready campaigns and collateral
- Manage multiple program brands and projects simultaneously, while maintaining creative integrity and attention to detail
- Present work internally and to programs, confidently articulating design decisions and concepts
- Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across various client identities, ensuring visual consistency
- Maintain awareness of current design trends, competitor work and industry tools to inform and inspire new ideas
- Contribute to new business pitches with mockups, branding and presentation design support
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of professional design experience
- A robust portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, campaign work, digital experiences and print across various industries
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and Canva
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for paid and organic social, email marketing, landing pages, decks and event materials
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, apply strategic thinking and iterate based on feedback
- Strong time management, organizational and client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines with evolving priorities
Key Skills
