Web & Marketing Graphic Designer (HubSpot Emails, Social Media + Webflow)

Design static and animated visuals for HubSpot email campaigns and digital marketing. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality graphics for email campaigns and collateral.

Responsibilities

• Design static and animated visuals for HubSpot email campaigns and digital marketing
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce branded collateral (decks, PDFs, one-pagers)
• Layout marketing guides, downloads, and campaign assets
• Contribute to landing pages, product visuals, and lightweight animations
• Support ongoing website design projects in Webflow (preferred experience)
• Maintain design consistency across digital channels aligned with brand standards
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to design pitch decks and internal presentations
• Work asynchronously via Figma, Slack, and Notion
• Participate in product design discussions for better brand alignment

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing digital, marketing, and brand work
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience designing visuals for HubSpot email campaigns
• Knowledge of Webflow or other CMS platforms (preferred)
• Strong storytelling and layout skills across digital formats
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently

Key Skills

• Experience with video editing tools (GIFs, reels, or AI-enhanced tools)
• Familiarity with animation software (After Effects, Lottie)
• Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or logistics/tech companies
