You will create creatives for Facebook and Instagram Ads, adapting formats for various platforms. Additionally, you will participate in brainstorming sessions and propose visual solutions for marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create creatives for Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Make variant versions for A/B testing
- Adapt formats for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, etc.)
- Participate in brainstorms with the marketing team
- Propose visual solutions and hypotheses for creatives
- Generate ideas based on trends and references
- Analyze competitors and find creative patterns
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in graphic design
- Confident in using Figma and Canva, understanding Photoshop/Illustrator
- Ability to work with styles, components, auto-layouts, templates, and build clean, structured layouts
- Understanding of composition, color, typography basics
- Knowledge of performance design principles: visual hierarchy, hook, message, CTA
Key Skills
- 1+ year of experience in graphic design
- Confident in using Figma and Canva, understanding Photoshop/Illustrator
- Ability to work with styles, components, auto-layouts, templates, and build clean, structured layouts
