Sr. Graphic Designer

Oversee all design projects and corporate branding from conception to delivery. Maintain and enhance Aylo’s visual identity across various platforms and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects, corporate branding, and imagery, in digital and physical forms, from conception to delivery
• Design original corporate material, including illustrations, infographics, websites, intranet assets, posters, handbooks, PowerPoint decks, Microsoft Word guides, merchandise, etc.
• Develop and establish brand guidelines for Aylo
• Maintain and update our corporate visual identity
• Image retouching and image manipulation, logo conception, and icon illustration
• Maintain image and video storage systems and create new ones as needed
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure execution is in line with overall corporate vision
• Meeting deadlines while maintaining a high quality corporate creative vision
• Balance workload and manage cross-functional requests
• Continuously work on process improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience including website design experience
• College diploma in related field
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• UI/UX design experience
• Artistic, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Experience leading and executing design projects from conception to production
• Previous success managing multiple projects with a strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Experience forecasting emerging trends before they’re mainstream
• Ability to maintain and enhance brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Have an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques

Key Skills
