As a Web Designer, you will create high-quality, user-centered web experiences for small business clients, focusing on the dental and healthcare sectors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for strategic design decisions while incorporating client feedback.
Responsibilities
- Creates compelling, polished, and responsive web designs that translate business goals and brand identity into intuitive user experiences
- Create polished, high-fidelity web design mockups that prioritize accessibility and user-friendliness
- Translate brand identity and business goals into compelling, responsive web designs
- Confidently present and advocate for strategic design decisions with clients
- Present and clearly explain design decisions to clients in a way that builds trust and excitement for the project
- Confidently advocate for strategic design choices while educating clients on the creative process
- Thoughtfully incorporate client feedback while maintaining the design's integrity and usability
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our internal systems and workflows
- Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives to help shape and standardize our internal design practices and tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on web design and direct client collaboration
- A strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design and a deep understanding of core design principles
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working independently
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and strategic mindset
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
