Aviva Canada is hiring a Senior Product Designer for a 6-month contract to create user-friendly experiences on customer-facing websites.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Product Designers, Product Managers, Customer Experience and engineers to integrate feedback into the design and development process
- Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Product Design
- Provide feedback to collaborators at multiple levels of the organization
- Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies
- Create wireframes, mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes
- Design and build B2C and B2B related pages in AEM
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Experience working with design systems
- Experience building pages in AEM
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A passion for creating user-centered products
- Knowledge of web accessibility and its importance
