A UX Designer is needed for a B2B Contracting role in Warsaw, responsible for enhancing usability and designing new screens for data-intensive web applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and end users to understand workflows, business metrics, and operational requirements
- Analyze existing screens and propose UX improvements to enhance usability and clarity
- Design new screens from the ground up, focusing on intuitive layouts and effective data visualization
- Translate complex financial data into user-friendly digital experiences
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in data-intensive web applications
- Strong ability to interpret and visualize complex business metrics
- Exceptional attention to detail and user-centric design thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
