The Lead Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and create user-centric design solutions. They will also conduct user research and maintain a consistent design system to enhance the product identity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, analysts, and external stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-centric design solutions.
 - Develop detailed solution design specifications and documentation for consumption by development teams.
 - Create wireframe mock-ups and prototypes to visually illustrate UX concepts and workflows.
 - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights, iterating on designs based on feedback and analytics data.
 - Conduct regular reviews of product designs and user experiences to identify areas for improvement.
 - Develop and maintain a consistent design system that enhances the overall user interface and promotes a cohesive and recognizable product identity.
 - Assist in the creation of training materials and provide support to internal stakeholders on product functionality.
 - Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to the design process.
 
Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of experience in Product Design.
 - Demonstrated experience in product design or related roles.
 - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
 - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Indesign, Sketch, or Figma.
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 - Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
 - An understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile techniques.
 - Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
 - Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
 - Previous experience in a SAAS environment.
 - Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
