You will own projects from start to finish while leading various UX initiatives, including running user thinking workshops and delivering high-quality work. Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and other disciplines to explore, build, and ship designs.
Responsibilities
- Own projects from start to finish while leading various UX initiatives
- Run user thinking workshops, content mapping, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and stakeholder reviews
- Design for cross-product, cross-platform features, and develop foundational frameworks
- Drive UX research to develop empathy for users and advocate for their success
- Deliver valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, UX researchers, Data Scientists, and Front-end Developers
- Coach and mentor less-experienced designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on end-to-end UX experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, user testing frameworks, and other UX design/prototyping tools
- Proficiency in interaction design for native mobile and responsive web applications
- Collaborative spirit
- Proven track record in working closely with multiple disciplines within agile scrum
- Passion for solving problems while balancing all facets of a user experience
- Strong portfolio of related projects

- Design research, job stories, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals
