You will define a north star vision for finance and people management tools and refine recommendations for common UI patterns. You will lead UX design from research and discovery to high fidelity designs and release, collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Stay ahead of developments in the Fintech and UX design space
- Partner with colleagues to deliver on shareable common UI services
- Insist on highest standards of interface designs and defend in reviews
- Use research practices to frame problems, experiment with concepts, and evaluate product performance
- Earn trust across multiple internal Amazon teams to achieve goals
- Help up-level the team with UX skill trainings and hosting team events
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows (preferred)
Key Skills
- Critical, inventive, and strategic thinking
- Clear design chops
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively to peers, stakeholders, and executives
- Finance and enterprise design experience (plus)
