The UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance the user experience of our products. He/She collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging designs that delight our users.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Analyze user behaviors, needs, and pain points to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Design high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation matches vision
- Develop user-centric designs that align with business goals
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Contribute to or maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products
- Ensure designs adhere to branding guidelines and enhance visual identity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct usability testing to refine and validate designs
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
- Experience with prototyping tools and creating interactive prototypes
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and UI design projects
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar
- Background in graphic design or visual arts is a plus
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field preferred
