Product Designer UX/UI (Digital Ecosystem)

Design complex user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for new product features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions that enhance engagement and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design complex user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for new product features (e.g., comment systems, paywall experiences)
• Implement, maintain, and evolve components within the corporate Design System using Figma or Sketch
• Collaborate with Graphic and Motion Designers to ensure aesthetic alignment and fluid visual narratives
• Conduct usability tests and heuristic evaluations to identify friction points and improve critical conversion journeys
• Work with Experience Designers to visualize product integrations (e.g., displaying bank loyalty cards within media apps)
• Ensure all design deliverables align with accessibility standards and device response guidelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in digital platforms or media environments
• Expert domain of Figma and/or Sketch, including component and prototype management
• Strong understanding of Design Systems, atomic design principles, and scalable interface frameworks
• Proven ability to translate business goals into elegant and usable design solutions
• Solid knowledge of usability testing, interaction design, and responsive design principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary product environments
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is desirable
• Experience working within interconnected digital product ecosystems is desirable
• Familiarity with animation tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie) is desirable
• Experience with Front-End collaboration tools (Zeplin, Storybook) is desirable
• Exposure to A/B testing and data-driven design decisions is desirable
• Passion for creating consistent experiences across devices and brands
