As the Founding Product Designer, you will work closely with the engineering team to ship product improvements weekly and make complex security workflows intuitive. Your role will involve evolving the design system incrementally and balancing customer needs with the product vision.
Responsibilities
- Ship product improvements weekly
- Work with engineering to identify and implement high-impact design changes
- Participate in customer calls, spot friction points, design solutions, and see your work in production within days
- Make complex security workflows intuitive
- Help security teams deploy canaries in minutes, investigate alerts efficiently, and understand attack patterns at a glance
- Evolve our design system incrementally
- Balance customer needs with product vision
- Work across product and brand
- Collaborate with the entire team
Requirements
- 5+ years designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in technical domains like cybersecurity or developer tooling
- Experience working on products with real users and real constraints
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility
- Ability to work effectively with engineers
- Comfortable with technical products
- Excellent Figma skills
- Bonus: Comfortable writing HTML and CSS
