Lead end-to-end design processes for digital products in healthcare. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, testing, and high-fidelity UI delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into effective, user-centric solutions.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate design decisions and gather actionable insights.
- Maintain design consistency across products using a shared design system.
- Simplify complex workflows and present information in clear, accessible ways.
- Mentor and inspire other designers, promoting design best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for web and/or mobile products.
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
- Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Empathy for users and passion for solving real-world problems, particularly in healthcare.
- Experience working in fast-growing, global SaaS environments is preferred.
